Create useful and desirable magic moments in customer journeys

Question

How can we offer new customer experiences to better embody, in store and on the e-commerce site, a new brand platform?

 

Steps

Quartier Libre, in partnership with Kea Partners, led a process to design new physical and digital customer experiences for a leading children’s clothing brand. This project was based on:

  • Production of an inspiration book outside the direct sector of the company
  • Carrying out an ethnographic study with around fifteen customer and non-customer families of the brand
  • Organization of workshops with internal teams to design and select the most relevant projects according to three criteria: contribution to the business, embodiment of the brand platform, feasibility
  • Support for the design of implementation plans

 

 

Result

The selection and design of the implementation plan for seven “Magic Moment” projects to renew the brand’s customer journey.
