How can we strengthen ties and inspire a “game changer” collective to transform the culture of a company and remain a leader in its market?
Steps
Quartier Libre organized for the e-commerce leader of a mobility corporate group a 9-month exploration program on the following themes: responsible and accessible technology, new managerial practices (hybrid working modes and new forms of learning), customer relationship and experience in the digital age (new practices, new uses), sustainable tourism, the aspirations of Generation Z and Alpha, data valorization and protection, evolution of post-Covid territories (new lifestyles, new modes of work, new modes of consumption, new mobilities) and physical materiality of e-commerce.
The program was based on the organization of:
- 4 study trips to the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Switzerland
- 40 meetings in France and abroad with managers, entrepreneurs and researchers
- reading and collective analysis of 8 reference essays shared within the community on the evolution of business and society in general
- the production of a summary work co-produced with all the Digital Mobility Leaders (150 pages describing all the experiences and lessons learned)
- the organization of 2 sharing seminars and 12 thematic workshops
Result
100 proposals for business transformation (strategy, organization, managerial culture) classified in order of priority.
