Quartier Libre carried out analysis and projection work on the impacts of remote work on organizations for a French company in the energy sector in order to identify experiments to be carried out alongside the implementation of an agreement.
We conducted a series of workshops with around a hundred company employees around 5 major themes based on examples and inspiration from other companies: the space-time of the remote worker, the (new) role of the manager, new office spaces in the age of remote working, teleworking and individual and collective performance, new digital experiences
