How can we offer new learning experiences that integrate the three major changes: horizontality (peer-to-peer), experientiality (learning by doing), and personalization of training courses?
Steps
For a world leader in the cosmetics industry, Quartier Libre led a process of co-designing new physical and digital experiences for its future Academies around the world.
This project was based on:
- Production of a notebook of inspirations on learning trends, based on a study trip around the world of the most remarkable initiatives (100 innovative projects carried out in 10 world cities: the Global Learning Tour find out more)
- Production of 5 academy archetypes (inspirational place, social club, innovation space, experimental place, content factory) which combine the group’s business challenges and new learning levers
- Organization of workshops with internal training teams to co-design the academy model of the future and define the conditions for implementing initial experiments (Capex and Opex)
Result
A target model that has guided the new experiences of the Academies of this global leader in the cosmetics industry around the world.
