How can we design an exceptional place, common to the teams of a global group to help them, through sharing, learning and inspiration, to stay at the forefront of innovation and hyper-connected to the world to come?
Steps
Quartier Libre carried out an upstream process of reflection for a world leader in the cosmetics industry aimed at defining the purpose of this future place, its uses, and the experiences offered.
This project was based on:
- Production of inspirations on innovation trends around the world (cultural and artistic sector, education, hospitality, technology, retail and entertainment, etc.)
- Creative workshops with internal and external stakeholders to iteratively bring the concept to fruition
- Macro-programmatic spatial projection in the future location (5,000m2)
- User workshops to refine the needs of certain devices
- Identification of potential partners to develop the project (architects, digital service providers, etc.)
- Support for real estate teams for an initial financial projection of the project
Mission carried out in partnership with Anamorphoses and Artefactorylab
Result
This work contributed to the drafting of specifications for the architect and the various project partners. This magical place opened in October 2023 in the heart of Paris.
