Steps

Quartier Libre, in partnership with Kea Partners, supported a Swiss distribution group as part of its reflection on the future of its “small” shopping centers. This approach is based on:

• The production of an inspiration book
• The design of 4 archetypes of new stores based on three criteria: business contribution, responses to new uses and financial feasibility
• Facilitating co-creation and implementation plan design workshops with internal teams

 

 

Result

The production of a file of recommendations for the most relevant pilot projects to undertake.
