Quartier Libre organized for the Office of the Board of Directors of a leading Champagne brand a 6-month inspiration program aimed at helping Board managers to better understand and share the challenges and levers of premiumization and necessary rejuvenation of the customer base.
This approach was punctuated by three strategic sharing seminars and was based on meetings with inspiring personalities (business leaders, brand strategy experts, sociologists, etc.), the production of thematic inspiration notebooks and the organization of a day of exploration to meet new modes of purchasing and consumption.
Result
A shared vision of the brand’s development challenges and identification of priority transformation levers.
