Steps
Quartier Libre organized a study trip to northern Europe for the global real estate department of a world leader in pharmaceuticals in order to confront participants with new forms of organization of innovative ecosystems in the health sector.
A 4-day traveling exploration (Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Malmö)
An intense collective experience, multiplying immersion in different cultural and socio-economic contexts, seeking a wide diversity of points of view and perspectives
A program on 7 thematic sections:
- workshop at the Happiness Research Institute in Copenhagen
- visit to innovative projects carried out by the BIG agency and the Nord agency
- meeting with researchers from Medicon Valley
- exchange within the Synapse Connect and Cobis incubators
- meeting with the Secretary General of Copenhagen Science City
- visit to the Center for Cancer and Health
- meetings with researchers from the Lunds University Faculty of Medicine Clinical Research Center
- visit and meetings with researchers from the Karolinska Institutet
- visit and workshop within the Espoo Innovation Garden (Aalto University, the VTT Technical Research Center of Finland, the head offices of large groups – Kone, Fortum, Neste Oil – and start-ups, 5,000 researchers, 25 R&D structures)
Result
A source of inspiration and international connections for the group’s new R&D real estate projects.
